Arisa B. Forest, Esq. is the founder and managing attorney of Aligned Legal, LLC, a boutique law firm focused on aiding creatives, tech startups, and small businesses build autonomous brands and generational wealth. Her focus areas are contract drafting, review, and negotiation; copyright and trademark registration; and business incorporation services. Arisa is also actively exploring the legal frameworks and utilization of commercial rights, intellectual property rights, and security rights in blockchain technology. She has served as a 2022 Res Ed Co-Hort participant at Resolutio, a co-hort program focused on spreading awareness of NFT rights. Additionally, she served as a collaborator for the NEAR Legal Guild, a Web3 Legal Guild established to provide legal resource information to participants building in the NEAR ecosystem. Before practicing law, Arisa worked in entertainment production for over ten years. Her work today is a culmination of her passion for music, technology, and law.

Katherine Sylvester, PT, DPT graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The Medical College of Georgia in 2010. She spent the Irst decade of her career in an acute care setting where she worked with patients in the neuro, med/surg, ortho trauma, cardiac and pediatric ICUs, as well as in the equivalent units on the regular Xoors. She also has experience with hospice and has a private practice where she works with clients in their homes and in the community. In 2014, she began working with women with pelvic health disorders. Since then, she developed a continuing education course to teach healthcare providers and students how to comprehensively treat birth givers and founded Operation M.I.S.T.™, a monitoring program that utilizes wearable technology to prevent perinatal mortality and morbidity. Dr. Sylvester is committed to providing birth givers with the team, resources, education, and advocacy they need to avoid unnecessary complications.

Dr. Janelle Howell is a pelvic floor physical therapist, Board Certified Women’s Health Specialist, and leader in the space of women’s health and pelvic health in the social media industry. She has worked at the #1 hospital in Illinois as a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist in the urogynecology department. She was awarded Sexpert of the Year 2022 and she continues to host wildly successful online masterclasses, virtual exercise classes, and is the author of 4 E-guides on the topics of pelvic floor fitness and vaginal health. Currently she also serves as the founder of the first women of color pelvic floor physical therapist directory in the world. Its purpose is to expand access of people from all walks of life to culturally competent & racially sensitive pelvic health care providers world wide.

Alexis Brooks is a registered dietitian based out of Los Angeles, CA. Her passion is helping women with endometriosis, PCOS, and fibroids to make healthy lifestyle changes by translating science into easy to digest evidenced based recommendations.

Kimberly Hoffman is a Jamaican Physical Therapist and Creator of The Mummy Tummy Guide. Over the last 5 years, she has developed a system of crystal clear marketing to expand her reach to mothers worldwide and have turned them into paying customers and brand loyalists.

Aliya is a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist and a Pelvic Health Coach with more than 13 years of experience. In 2019, she created Box Wellness Co. - an online community where women, regardless of location or financial circumstances, can learn about their pelvic health on social media, virtual workshops, and on-demand programs. She coaches clinicians on branding, digital communication, course creation and more.

Elle Russell is the owner and operator of Occupational Transitions, LLC, a mobile Occupational Therapy Practice. Her services include Female Pelvic Floor Therapy, Early Intervention (birth-3yrs), lactation and breastfeeding education and care management, pregnancy and postpartum musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and an occupation-based psychosocial support group for mothers of color in the up to one-year postpartum period. She offers in-person and virtual appointments. 

Dr. Dionne Middlebrooks is the owner of Reign Physical Therapy and Wellness, LLC in Stockbridge GA. She operates a mobile practice that services the Atlanta metropolitan area in Georgia. Dr. Dionne holds a doctorate degree in physical therapy from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and has since become a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist. After several years in the field of physical therapy and recognizing the lack of providers for pelvic health related concerns, she decided to broaden her scope to better serve this often-overlooked population. When she is not working, she enjoys running, eating, and reading. Life outside of work is just as busy, as she is the wife of a military veteran who is an active mortgage loan originator and realtor. Her and her husband have three children who are full of energy, smiles, and joyous laughter.

Surabhi Veitch (she/her) aka The Passionate Physio helps folks maximize their pelvic health, strength and pleasure through movement, mindfulness, and self-care. Surabhi combines her experience as an orthopedic and pelvic physical therapist, and postpartum fitness coach, along with her personal journey as a mom, immigrant, and social justice advocate to deliver holistic and trauma-informed care. She offers virtual workshops and 1:1 consultations worldwide, as well as mentorship for fellow pelvic health and fitness professionals.
